I. TRIAL OF FAITH.
        A. Job tried.
        B. Abraham tried.
        C. Too many looking for easy way.
                1. I Peter 4:12.
        D. More precious than gold.
                1. Gold is only temperaI (that perisheth.. 
                        a. Also tried by fire.

II. PURPOSE OF TRIAL OF FAITH.
        A. Faith might be found unto praise, honor and glory at appearing of Christ.
                1. Christ questioned, "When I return, will I find faith?"
        B. Trials serve to:
                1. Remind us of our need of Christ.
                        a. Israelites.
                2. Strengthen our faith.
                3. Remove impurities.
        C. Many times blessing in disguise.
                1. Keeps us on right way.
                        a. Clock.
                2. Rabbi Akiba.
