I. TESTIMONY OF JOHN THE BAPTIST.
        A. "Behold the Lamb of God" "This is He."
        B. Disciples of John came to Him.

II. HE MUST INCREASE.
        A. Because he is the Son of God.
        B. He is the most important person in the universe.
        C. None can compare with Him.
        D. "And if I be lifted up . . ."

Ill. I MUST DECREASE.
        A. Not meet servant exalted above Lord.
        B. "God forbid that I should glory."
        C. Of myself I can do nothing.
        D. It is the only way he can increase.
