I. THE PROMISE OF HIS COMING.
        A. "If I go away, I come again."
                1. Matt. 24:30.
        B. The angels promised.
                1. 'Ye men of Galilee."
        C. Apostles spoke of it.
                1. John, "Behold he cometh with clouds and every eye shall
                   see Him."
                2. Paul, "For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven
                   with a shout, voice of arch angel."

II. WHEN IS HE COMING?
        A. "Day and hour knoweth no man, not even angels."
                1. Foolish to set dates.
        B. Signs of times.
                1. "Behold I will take the children of Israel from among
                   the heathen whether they be gone, and will gather them
                   on every side and bring them into their own land."
                        a. Jews return.
                2. I Tim. 4:1, 2;    II Tim. 3:1-11, "Form of godliness." 
                        75% never pray or read word.
                3. Sin and immorality.
                        a. Colleges and high schools; dope, etc.
                4. Failure of Ieague and U.N.

Ill. PURPOSE OF HIS COMING.

                        a. Do our best - Northwestern student.
        B. Reject sinners.
